RICHARD RITCHIE | ROTOSOUND

WORLD FAMOUS MUSIC STRINGS

RICHARD RITCHIE

We’re pleased to welcome Richard Ritchie on board as a new Rotosound endorsee.

Ritchie has been playing Bass guitar back in the day with Tasmin Archer, most recently been playing bass for Chantel McGregor, (who won Young Blues Artist 2011 and 2012 Singer Blues Artist) who’s latest album is called Like No Other. Their current tour has taken the band across the UK and Europe, supporting some big names including Marillion, Robin Ford, Robert Cray, Robin Trower and Walter Trout.

The current project he’s working with is The Winachi Tribe From Warrington. It’s taken RITCHIE to new highs supporting /Soul ll Soull/Gran Master Flash/Charlatans in LA/ Happy Mondays/

The Winachi Tribe has been releasing tracks off their forecoming Album called, /Time For Love/Room with a Zoo/Funky But Chic

The punishing tour schedule takes its toll on strings, so Ritchie’s loving the durability of our Rotosound RB66 strings.

He’s also finding that the strings lend themselves brilliantly to the wide range of genres he plays, including blues, jazz, rock, R&B and bhangra.

Richie uses
RB45 Roto Bass
