Dave Sharman is a critically acclaimed British guitar virtuoso and one of the world’s top rock guitarists.
Alongside his blistering guitar skills, Dave is also a singer – songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer.
Although his main genre is rock, Sharman often cuts across and blends genres, including: Metal, Funk, Eastern and Blues.
Catapulted into the limelight with a much-coveted session on BBC Radio 1’s Rock Show, which has supported all of his album releases.
The self-taught guitar prodigy quickly became one of the most exciting talents in his genre; being compared to greats such as Eddie Van Halen and Steve Vai, touring the world and recording with some of Rock’s most legendary artists including members of: Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne and Whitesnake.
Dave’s fourth studio album ‘Evolution Machine’ will be out 18 March 2013 and the ten-track album will showcase Dave’s exceptional guitar skills and will for the first time feature him on lead vocals. He has also taken on production duties and is playing all the instruments.
The new material remains guitar driven, however, it will feature a hybrid of influences incorporating other genres such as funk, eastern and classic rock.
