Cavorts is a rock and roll band from the northern frontier town of Barnsley, a place where the coal is black and the riffs are blacker.
The four-piece are ready to crank it up heavy, turn it up loud and party harder.
If you wanted to pigeonhole it you could say Cavorts were a lethal concoction of Metal, Hard Rock and Punk. But to them it’s all just Rock ‘N’ Roll (baby).
Cavorts were tour support for the U.K leg of the DragonForce ‘The Power Within’ World Tour which was an absolute blast playing some of the biggest stages in the country.
They also opened up the Jägermeister Music 2012 Tour at the Leeds O2 Academy with Skindred, Therapy? and Black Spiders to a sold out crowd of 2700 crazed rockers.
The band will be looking to get out on the road as much as possible further than this and are about to release their debut EP Times Told to be coincide with the autumn U.K tour.
Their solid punk rock work ethic means that you’re just as likely to see this lot destroying a tiny venue as on the biggest stages in the country.
What Cavorts say about Rotosound
‘These strings can be hit hard and take a thrashing like no other! We’ve pounded and plucked them within inches of their lives and still they still deliver the goods. We’re proud to be endorsed by the British string making legends Rotosound.’
