are pleased to announce that Velvet Revolver duo Duff McKagan
and Dave Kushner will be making a special guest appearance
at the Rotosound Stand C60
at this year’s Music Live show, being held at The
NEC, Birmingham.
Dates
and times have now been confirmed and are as follows:
Saturday
3rd November: From 1.30pm
Sunday 4th November: From 1.30pm
Both
artists will be signing posters and other memorabilia during
the show. |

Rotosound are pleased to announce that in conjunction with PRS
UK Distributors Headline Music, we will be giving away no less
than three Paul Reed Smith SE guitars in our Music Live 2007 Prize
Draw.
This
draw is only open to those who visit the Rotosound or Headline
Music stands during the course of the show,
which takes place over the weekend of November 2nd - 4th at the
NEC Arena, Birmingham.
Everyone
who subscribes to the Rotosound/Headline E Newsletters will automatically
be entered into the draw which will be made at the end of the
final day. Up for grabs are an SE Singlecut, an SE Custom both
with maple tops plus the SE Paul Allender Signature Model (Pictured).

Led
Zeppelin confirm
one-off reunion gig

| Rock
group Led Zeppelin are to reform for a tribute concert to the
Atlantic Records co-founder Ahmet Ertegun.
Singer
Robert Plant, guitarist Jimmy Page and bassist and longtime Rotosound
endorsee John Paul Jones will perform together for the first time
in 19 years.
Tickets
for the one-off show at the O2 arena in London on 26 November
will cost £125 and be allocated by ballot. Pete Townshend
and Bill Wyman will also perform. Ertegun, who signed Led Zeppelin
in the 1970s, died last year. |

Rush
World Tour reaches UK early October

UK leg of the Rush World Tour commences October 3rd. Rotosound
endorsee Geddy Lee and bandmates Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart have
been on the road since early June and finish in Helsinki, Finland
late in October. Scheduled UK dates are as follows:

Young Knives nominated for 2007

| Rotosound
endorsees The Young Knives were recently nominated for this years
Mercury Awards. Thier debut album Voices of Animals and Men was
shorlisted back in July alongside the likes of The Arctic Monkeys
and Amy Winehouse. Previous winners also include Franz Ferdinand,
Anthony and the Johnsons, Pulp and Portishead. The award was finally
won by South London band Klaxons.
